Our Mission

To keep families, close to their critically ill or injured children by providing comfort, care, and a place to stay near the medical treatment they need.

We remove barriers so families can focus on what matters most- their child.

Our Vision

A Coastal Empire where no family faces a child’s medical crisis alone, and no child is separated from the support of those who love them most. We envision a future where:
  • Every family who needs us has a room.
  • Distance and cost never separate a child from their support system.
  • Our community rises to meet the growing need.
As part of the global Ronald McDonald House network, we act locally, guided by shared values and driven by the responsibility to serve families here in the Coastal Empire.

Through our House, Family Rooms, and Hospitality Carts, we work every day to remove practical and emotional barriers for families navigating pediatric medical care across the Coastal Empire and Lowcountry.
